Item Return Policies
If you receive an item that is not the product you ordered, please arrange for return of the item to us using the Returns Process. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it to qualify for a return and exchange with the correct item.
Replacements may be available depending on stock.
All our fragrance items cannot be returned unless as per the policy above.
General Conditions Applicable to Returns
Subject to meeting the condition above, the following conditions should be met:
• Wrong items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (i.e. wrapping nylon paper still very well sealed)
• Wrong items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
• Please note that any wrong product that has been opened, used or tested cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Wrong items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address by following the steps below:
– Send us an email requesting a return with multiple dated photo shots of the wrong product, along with the order number, and date of receipt.
– After verification, if eligible (ONLY), we will contact you to schedule an appointment to pick up the returned item.
No Refund Policy
While we work hard to keep all our Clients happy, we do not process any refunds under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse Orders from customers. However, nothing in this Returns section is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under UAE law.
